Wood pellet manufacturers

Cheaper wood fiber

If you are not currently using logging residue to make industrial or residential wood pellets, by using logging residue and processing it with our plants you can:

  • save up to 30% on your total cost of wood fiber - compared to sawdust, de-barked pulp wood logs or primary and secondary chips

Savings will depend upon the cost of locally available sawdust, pulp wood logs and chips compared to the cost and specification of logging residue and the final product specification required.

Use more logging residue

If you are currently using logging residue to make industrial or residential wood pellets along with other feedstocks, with our processing plants you can now make ENplus or ISO 17225-2 grade I1 (Ash < 0.5%) industrial wood pellets with up to:

  • 80% logging residue

Actual percentages of logging residue which can be economically used will depend upon the mix of species, chemical analysis, moisture and residual ash content and quantities of locally available material.
